This prestigious honor, determined through anonymous peer voting, is presented to the standout team member of the year by our Executive Team during the Senior Living Communities Annual Meeting Memory Gala. A night dedicated to celebrating those who excel in their profession, fostering a culture of compassionate professionalism and positive leadership, and putting people first.

This year, we are proud to congratulate our Social Director, Cheryl Stanley as the recipient of the 2025 Wellmore of Lexington Supernova Award. She oversees a team whose goal is to host meaningful, diverse, and engaging social programs. Ensuring that Members come together for activities, unique dining events, and clubs/organizations creates friendships and a tight-knit community at Wellmore.
