Wellmore offers a full continuum of care. This includes Assisted Living, Alzheimer’s & Dementia Care, Skilled Nursing, and Short-Term Rehab.

Wellmore is a rental community. Assisted Living and Alzheimer’s & Dementia Care are monthly rentals with an All-Inclusive Care pricing model. Skilled Nursing and Short-Term Rehab are daily rentals. Click here for more pricing information.

We are a private pay community. Medicare is accepted as well as Veteran (VA) Benefits and Long Term Care Insurance (Medicaid is not accepted).

Wellmore offers our residents and their families peace of mind with All-Inclusive Care Pricing. This means that you will pay one rate for all your care while in Assisted Living and Memory Care. Your rate is determined by the size apartment / suite you choose – that’s all. Yes. A one-time community entry fee is required with payment of the first month’s service fee. This community entry fee is non-refundable.

The monthly rental fee first and foremost includes the cost of exceptional care provided by our care givers and staff. In addition, three meals daily through our Dining Program, Wellness Programs, social events, utilities, all maintenance, housekeeping, laundry, transportation services and much more.

Residents also get to enjoy the incredible amenities in and around the hub of the community – The Clubhouse. In addition to the elegant and casual dining rooms, the Clubhouse provides access to:

• Salon offering Hair Styling and Nail Services
• Spa offering Massage Therapy
• Indoor Heated Therapy Pool
• Dedicated Yoga/Tai Chi/Aerobics Exercise Room

In Assisted Living, residents have the option of studio, one-bedroom or two-bedroom apartment suites or one / two bedroom apartment floor plans. All are complete with a kitchenette, upscale finishes, closet space and private bath featuring a “zero entry” shower.

The Clubhouse is located in the middle of our community and is the center of our active lifestyle. All of the buildings connect through air conditioned corridors. The Clubhouse features:

Absolutely! We welcome and encourage residents to invite family and friends for meals or any of the amazing social events we host daily. We continually invest heavily in our amazing dining and social operations. The purpose is to give our residents an enormous sense of pride in their community as well as encourage family and friends to not only visit more often, but to truly enjoy their visit. This is what we thrive on!

Yes, cars are allowed at Wellmore and plenty of parking is available for residents at no additional cost.
