Assisted Living provides Members assistance with the activities of daily living (ADLs) in an environment geared toward maximizing their independence. Our Members receive personalized care focused on their individual needs and goals.

Our Memory Care program is called Reflections™, which offers specialized support for Members with Alzheimer’s and dementia. In our community, every caregiver is a Certified Dementia Practitioner. We focus on helping our Members live a high quality of life and meet them where they are physically and mentally.

Our Rehab services offer the most aggressive, most competitive Short-Term Rehab Services in the area. The focus is on you – your outcomes, your goals, and returning home stronger than you were before. We offer physical therapy, speech therapy, and occupational therapy, both for Members of our community as well as outside guests.

Our team consists of a medical director, multiple registered nurses, certified nursing assistants, and supportive staff—each of whom is dedicated not only to the physical health but the emotional well-being of our members. Our high staff-to-patient ratio ensures we provide the best-quality medical care and means that members always have someone to assist with their needs.
