Executive Director Takes Home Highest Honor
The Supernova Award is our company’s highest individual honor each year. The Home Office leadership team chooses one Executive Director of the Year as the ‘Executive Director of the Year’ based on various criteria. The Executive Director that stands out from the rest receives its prestigious Supernova Award from our Executive Team at the Senior Living Communities Annual Meeting Purple Gala Awards Ceremony!
The criteria for voting is if this person embodies the company’s Guiding Principles, overall leadership of their team: servant leadership, the overall growth/improvement year-over-year.
This year, we proudly announce our Executive Director of Wellmore of Tega Cay, Jasmine Richard, as the recipient of the 2023 Supernova Award for Executive Director of the Year!
Jasmine Richard exemplifies what it means to be a servant leader. Over the last few years, our Operations Team has witnessed Jasmine grow personally and professionally. Starting as a Wellness Director at Wellmore of Lexington, Jasmine worked to obtain her administrator’s License through our education assistance program, Elevate. She quickly became the Care Services Administrator at Wildewood Downs. That is when Jasmine stepped up as the Executive Director of Wellmore of Tega Cay. Over the last year, she has impacted Wellmore’s Members overwhelmingly.
