The Supernova Award is our company’s highest individual honor each year. The individual on the leadership team receives votes from their colleagues as the community’s Supernova based on various criteria.
The criteria that the Executive Team bases the nomination on upholding our company’s mission to be caring professionals dedicated to quality services lead positively with integrity, take accountability, put the team before themselves, and embody the company’s vision to create communities where people live longer, healthier, and happier lives. The team member who stands out from the rest receives its prestigious Supernova Award from our Executive Team at the Senior Living Communities Annual Meeting Purple Gala Awards Ceremony!
This year, we are proud to congratulate our HR Director, Emily Howell, as the recipient of the 2023 Wellmore of Lexington Supernova Award. Emily is the heartbeat of the community. She welcomes new Team Members with open arms and dedicates herself to all Team Members’ career paths, benefits management, and work health.
Thanks to her innovative retention and Team Member engagement programs, Emily was recently named our 2023-2024 HR Director Mentor. We are excited at how much she has grown and flourished into a much-appreciated resource to our newest HR Directors.
