Servers mingle throughout the room offering perfectly prepared hors d’oeuvres, while your guests sip on their favorite beverage from the fully-stocked bar. You get to relax and enjoy the party with no cooking, no pouring drinks, no passing out appetizers, no decorating. That’s how easy it is to throw a party in one of our Private Dining Rooms at Wellmore. Each event is personalized to our Members specifications and the process works closely with the community’s Executive Chef and Director of Dining. Our Team works with our Members to customize the event menu and décor to their specifications. It’s easy to pay for as well, you can use your allotted Flexible Dining Dollars to pay for the event’s food and drinks!

“Our Members throw an array of events, everything from Super Bowl parties and backyard barbeques to wine tasting events, holidays and birthday dinners” said Director of Creative Dining, Adam Sears. “Getting your family and friends together to celebrate should be just that, a time of celebration with no worries!”

The process of preparing your event is a breeze, our Members begin by sitting down for a 1-on-1 with the community’s Executive Chef and Director of Dining Services to discuss their needs. Whether they’re looking to host an intimate gathering or a party of 100 people, the Dining Department will work with the host to create a menu that fits their taste. The menu is customized and can include appetizers, entrees, sides, desserts, drinks and alcohol (wine, beer, and spirits). “Depending on the event, we can customize a menu or prepare a specific recipe. If it’s a Thanksgiving event, the attendees can enjoy eating Mom’s famous pumpkin pie!” Based on the menu selection, if the host wants to include a new item on the menu, the team can prepare a tasting, so the host can sample the options.

As for the event décor, our team can help with that too! Whether our Members are in need an immaculate ice sculpture, a customized 3-tier cake or a tablescape that fits the theme of the event, the team can look into customization and rentals! “We’re proud to provide these services for our Members, special events are a great way to bring family and friends together to enjoy each other’s company while sharing delicious food and drinks.”
