Care Services Administrator Takes Home Highest Honor
The Supernova Award is our company’s highest individual honor each year. The individual on the leadership team receives votes from their colleagues as the community’s Supernova based on various criteria.
The criteria that the Executive Team bases the nomination on upholding our company’s mission to be caring professionals dedicated to quality services lead positively with integrity, take accountability, put the team before themselves, and embody the company’s vision to create communities where people live longer, healthier, and happier lives. The team member who stands out from the rest receives its prestigious Supernova Award from our Executive Team at the Senior Living Communities Annual Meeting Purple Gala Awards Ceremony!
This year, we are proud to congratulate our Care Services Administrator, Ryan Niven, as the recipient of the 2023 Wellmore of Daniel Island Supernova Award. Ryan establishes and implements Member care standards throughout care services on a 24-hour basis. This position oversees the documentation for Members in their neighborhoods, assigns Members to nursing assistants as needed, and assists in medication management and overall healthcare programs for the Members in a community.
In the spring of 2019, his journey with Wellmore began with the role of Admissions Coordinator. He envisioned personal and professional growth within the senior living industry. Little did he know that this path would lead to industry expertise and a profound evolution within the heart of Wellmore and the more comprehensive Senior Living Communities network. More than anything, he has enjoyed being a part of this team, the camaraderie, and a sense of a shared purpose. Each day, there is tremendous value in the constant reminders of how we provide security, peace of mind, and genuine care that spans generations.
